This residential project is conceived as a contemporary urban landmark that combines bold geometry with functional comfort. The building’s dynamic cascading balconies create generous outdoor living spaces for every apartment while providing natural shading for the façades below. Large floor-to-ceiling glazing maximizes daylight and offers unobstructed panoramic views, enhancing the sense of openness inside each unit.
Housari Corp oversaw the project from early design coordination through to detailed engineering and site execution. The complex system of cantilevered slabs and inclined lines required precise structural design and meticulous formwork planning to ensure both safety and slender elegance. High-performance envelope materials, integrated planters, and recessed ceilings contribute to thermal comfort and long-term durability with minimal maintenance.
At street level, a transparent double-height entrance lobby set on slender columns gives the building a light, welcoming base while allowing visual continuity with the surrounding landscape. Circulation cores and services are carefully organized to optimize apartment layouts and maximize usable area.
