This commercial project serves as the main administrative headquarters for a leading pharmaceutical distributor. The building is organized as a compact three-storey block with a clear, symmetrical façade, allowing highly efficient office planning and straightforward circulation. The architecture is defined by warm stone cladding and a distinctive central volume that curves outward, emphasizing the main entrance and supporting the corporate signage above. Regularly spaced windows provide balanced daylight to all office zones while maintaining good energy performance and visual comfort for staff.
The raised entrance terrace, broad steps, and recessed lobby create a formal yet welcoming arrival sequence for visitors and employees. Service and technical areas are accommodated at the lower level, with clear separation between public access and logistics. The structural system is based on a rational grid, simplifying future interior modifications and allowing flexible partitioning for open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, and training areas.
Housari Corp was responsible for the complete engineering coordination, including structural design, façade detailing, MEP systems, fire and life safety provisions, and external works. Attention to insulation, waterproofing, and shading ensures durable performance and low operating costs, supporting a hygienic, controlled environment suitable for pharmaceutical operations.
