This high-rise residential tower is designed as a slender urban landmark that anchors a new housing district. The building rises from a transparent, double-height lobby podium and transitions into stacked, offset floor plates that generate generous corner terraces and wrap-around balconies. Horizontal bands of light stone cladding contrast with dark glazed strips, emphasizing the tower’s verticality while giving each level a clear architectural identity. Integrated planters on selected balconies provide greenery at height, improving micro-climate and creating a strong connection between indoor living spaces and the surrounding landscape.
The structural system is organized around a central core with perimeter columns, enabling flexible apartment layouts and wide openings towards the best views. High-performance glazing, external insulation, and carefully detailed slab edges reduce energy demand and control thermal bridging. Ground-level landscape and paving are designed to extend the public realm, ensuring comfortable pedestrian access and clear separation between vehicular movement and residential entrances.
Housari Corp provided full engineering support, coordinating structural design, façade and balcony detailing, MEP systems, fire and life-safety provisions, as well as constructability and phasing for a tall, slender residential tower within a dense urban fabric.
