This project is a compact operations and control building serving a secured industrial campus. The single-storey volume is organized as a robust, low-maintenance structure with clear functional zoning and simple, legible access from the internal road network. The architecture combines light stone cladding with pronounced horizontal cornices in a warm tone, creating deep eaves that protect façades and openings from sun and rain while visually emphasizing the roof line.
The entrance is centrally located and slightly elevated, providing a clear focal point for visitors and staff and allowing easy control of access to the wider facility. Windows are modestly sized and recessed, enhancing security and thermal performance while maintaining sufficient daylight for interior workspaces. The flat roof accommodates technical equipment and ventilation units behind parapets, with provisions for future expansion or additional systems. External works include circulation roads, parking bays, landscaped strips, and perimeter fencing designed to guide vehicle movement and support site security.
Housari Corp delivered integrated engineering for the building and its immediate infrastructure, coordinating structure, architectural envelope, MEP and low-current systems, site drainage, and outdoor lighting to ensure reliable 24/7 operation under industrial conditions.
