Jasmine Club is conceived as an exclusive leisure and hospitality retreat set in a generous green landscape. The main building is composed of interlocking white volumes and large glazed fronts that open fully toward a sequence of terraces, pools, and sun decks. The stepped platforms create a natural hierarchy of outdoor spaces, from intimate upper-level lounges to expansive poolside areas for families and events. Multiple water features, including a main lap pool, children’s pool, and shallow relaxation basins, are integrated with wide, slip-resistant paving and soft landscaped edges for comfort and safety.
The architectural layout clearly separates service zones from guest areas while maintaining direct visual connections to the gardens from all interior lounges and suites. Roof orientations allow for solar panels and efficient technical plant placement without disturbing the clean contemporary silhouette. Housari Corp coordinated the club’s structural design with the complex retaining walls and terraces, and engineered the complete MEP package, including pool filtration, water treatment, irrigation, and outdoor lighting. The result is a resort-style club environment that combines modern architecture, functional planning, and high-quality outdoor amenities for year-round enjoyment.
