Juna Twin Tower is a mixed-use landmark composed of two slender residential towers rising above a continuous retail podium along a major urban boulevard. The architecture is defined by a strong central void and a sky-bridge crown, creating a powerful gateway gesture while allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the development. Repetitive balcony frames and full-height glazing generate a clear vertical rhythm, while planted terraces soften the façades and provide outdoor living spaces for the apartments.
The ground level is fully activated with double-height shopfronts for international brands, giving the project a vibrant street edge and clear separation between public retail and private residential access. A glazed central atrium links the towers, housing lobbies and amenities with direct visual connection to the exterior. The structural system is organized around robust cores and transfer elements to support the sky-bridge and large retail spans, while high-performance glazing, external insulation, and carefully detailed shading elements enhance energy efficiency and acoustic comfort.
