Mahmoud Ekrayem Villa is a contemporary private residence set within a generous landscaped plot on the edge of a forested area. The main two-storey volume is composed of clean, interlocking stone-clad blocks with large corner glazing, creating bright double-height living spaces and uninterrupted views toward the garden and pool. Horizontal terraces and a roof deck extend the interior outwards, allowing family life to flow naturally between indoor lounges, shaded verandas, and open sun decks.
The site plan organizes the main villa, guest/servant annex, pergola, and pool as a series of linked outdoor rooms, connected by soft pathways and carefully framed vistas. The pool is positioned to receive optimal sun exposure while remaining visually anchored to the living areas. Dense perimeter planting and layered greenery provide privacy, acoustic buffering, and a strong feeling of retreat.
Housari Corp developed the full architectural and engineering package, coordinating structure, façades, pool and water systems, landscape design, and building services. Particular attention was given to solar orientation, cross-ventilation, and shading to ensure year-round comfort with reduced energy demand, while detailing focused on durability and ease of maintenance for a high-end family villa.
