MPI Factory is a specialized pharmaceutical production campus designed to meet stringent GMP and hygiene requirements within a robust, low-maintenance envelope. The architecture is intentionally simple and clean: solid sand-colored walls articulated by recessed vertical and horizontal joints, combined with a continuous green metal cladding band that carries the corporate identity and Arabic signage. This clear, readable façade conceals a highly controlled internal environment, where production, packaging, and storage zones are each served by dedicated HVAC and filtration systems.
High-level louvers and carefully positioned external condensers support pressure-controlled cleanrooms and stable temperature and humidity throughout the facility. Circulation and service routes are planned to strictly separate raw materials, finished products, and staff movement, reducing cross-contamination risk and supporting efficient regulatory audits. External yards are designed for tanker and truck access while maintaining safe pedestrian paths and emergency exit routes. Utility areas on the roof and behind parapets accommodate air-handling units, exhaust systems, and future capacity without visual clutter.
Housari Corp provided integrated industrial engineering, aligning building structure, envelope, mechanical systems, and process utility requirements with GMP standards to deliver a compliant, energy-efficient pharmaceutical plant.
