Town Center Mall is a contemporary retail complex designed as a lively urban destination along a main arterial road. The project is organized around a solid white-clad volume housing cinemas, hypermarket, and services, connected to a lower glazed block that forms the main entrance and retail frontage. Large shopfronts and colorful graphic panels create a strong visual identity and allow direct views into the interior, activating the pedestrian plaza and car drop-off zone. A fully glazed vertical circulation tower marks the corner, expressing elevators and escalators while bringing daylight deep into the mall.
The internal planning is based on a clear looped mall, ensuring intuitive wayfinding and efficient exposure for all tenants. Structural grids and floor heights are coordinated with retail requirements, allowing flexible subdivision for anchor stores, fashion units, and food courts. Roof levels host mechanical plant, smoke-extraction systems, and skylights, all integrated to support efficient operation and compliance with international fire and life-safety standards. Parking and access roads are carefully arranged to separate service traffic from visitor flows and to maintain smooth entry and exit even at peak hours.
