Palm Village is a resort-style hospitality complex designed around a linear three-storey hotel block overlooking landscaped gardens, a tennis court, and a central pool deck. The architecture combines warm Mediterranean tones, tiled pitched roofs, and a rhythmic series of arcaded balconies, giving every guestroom a private outdoor space with views to the mountains and gardens. A fully glazed central volume marks the main lobby and reception, bringing natural light deep into the interior and acting as a visual anchor for arrivals from the pool and entrance side alike.
The master plan organizes leisure amenities in terraces stepping down from the building: first the ornamental gardens and promenades, then the tennis court, and finally the main pool with generous sunbathing areas. Service routes, back-of-house areas, and technical plant are discreetly located to preserve the resort atmosphere while ensuring efficient hotel operations. Housari Corp coordinated structural design, façade detailing, MEP systems, and landscape engineering to deliver comfortable, energy-efficient rooms and durable outdoor spaces suited to intensive seasonal use.
