Volvo Showroom is a contemporary automotive gallery designed to express the brand’s values of clarity, safety, and precision. The building presents a fully glazed street façade, turning the entire ground level into a transparent display box where vehicles are visible from every passing angle. A light metal canopy with crisp horizontal lines projects over the sidewalk, protecting the glass from direct sun and rain while emphasizing the main Volvo signage volume at the center.
The interior is planned as a column-free exhibition hall with high ceilings, continuous lighting tracks, and a neutral floor finish that reflects vehicles without visual clutter. Full-height frameless glazing and minimal mullions ensure unobstructed views in and out, while integrated shading and high-performance glass control glare and heat gain. Back-of-house functions—offices, reception, delivery bay, and services—are organized behind the display zone, preserving a clean, customer-focused front area.
Housari Corp coordinated the architectural envelope, structural spans, and MEP systems to accommodate large clear openings, stable indoor comfort, and easy future reconfiguration as vehicle ranges evolve. The result is a refined, efficient showroom that supports the Volvo brand experience and high-quality customer service.
