Electrical

Services

We deliver comprehensive electrical systems from medium voltage intake down to final outlets and low-current interfaces.
Our scope includes MV/LV distribution, transformers, main and sub-main switchboards, panelboards, busbars, cable routing, and protection studies to ensure selectivity, discrimination, and safe interruption capacities.
We design normal and emergency power systems with generators and UPS where required, alongside internal, external, and façade lighting, emergency and exit lighting, and control strategies for energy efficiency and comfort.
Earthing and bonding systems are engineered to meet safety standards, protect equipment, and manage lightning and fault currents.
We coordinate closely with other disciplines to reserve adequate spaces for risers, rooms, and cable trays while avoiding clashes.
Execution includes shop drawings, supply, installation, termination, testing, and commissioning using appropriate instruments and protocols.
We also integrate metering, power quality analyzers, and monitoring systems, enabling facility teams to track loads, harmonics, and energy consumption.
Our electrical designs prioritize reliability, maintainability, and future expansion, with clear documentation and as-built records to support long-term operation.

Our Working Process

We capture objectives, constraints, and codes; audit drawings and site, calculate loads, outline systems, risks, KPIs, and schedule; align stakeholders and finalize deliverables for a clear, measurable project baseline.

We produce calculations, select equipment, create coordinated shop drawings, routing, and BOQs; integrate controls and energy strategy, review with consultants, and lock submittals to enable accurate procurement and fabrication.

We install to standards; perform QA/QC, flushing, pressure tests, and pre-commissioning; then testing, balancing, commissioning, and BMS integration; train operators and hand over as-built, O&M, and warranties.
