This building is a compact, high-end residential block designed with a clean, contemporary character and a strong street presence. The composition is based on clear vertical masses and a gently curved crown, giving the project a distinctive silhouette while remaining efficient and rational in plan. The façade is clad in large-format stone panels in two complementary tones that emphasize the volumetric breaks and reinforce the sense of permanence and durability.
At ground level, recessed entrances, wide stairs, and transparent corner lobbies create a welcoming interface with the neighborhood and ensure smooth pedestrian flows. The attached single-storey annex provides flexible space for services or small offices while maintaining full visual connection to the main building. Generous window openings maximize natural daylight for all units and are carefully framed to control solar gain and enhance privacy.
Housari Corp managed the complete engineering package, coordinating structural design, façade detailing, waterproofing, and MEP integration to preserve the architectural purity of the volumes. Special attention was given to stone fixing systems, thermal insulation, and rainwater management to ensure long-term performance with minimal maintenance. The result is a refined residential project that combines robust construction quality with an elegant, understated architectural language.
