This hotel project is conceived as a sleek vertical landmark, combining a strong symmetrical composition with a refined corporate hospitality image. A central high-rise tower is flanked by two lower wings, creating a clear hierarchy of volumes and allowing efficient separation of guest rooms, suites, and support functions. The façade is articulated with deep vertical fins and high-performance glazing, giving the building an elegant rhythm while improving shading, daylight control, and thermal performance.
The main entrance is emphasized by a generous projecting canopy and a double-height glazed lobby, providing a warm, welcoming arrival experience for guests and clear visibility from the road. The ground and podium levels are planned to accommodate reception, lounges, F&B outlets, and meeting rooms with flexible configurations, while upper floors are organized on a regular grid to maximize room count and optimize housekeeping operations. Back-of-house circulation, service cores, and vertical transportation are carefully coordinated to ensure smooth hotel logistics and guest privacy.
Housari Corp provided integrated engineering and technical support, including structural design for the tower and wings, curtain-wall and façade engineering, MEP systems, fire and life safety coordination, and value engineering to balance investment, operational efficiency, and long-term durability.
