This project is a pair of high-rise residential towers arranged on a shared podium, conceived as a contemporary vertical neighborhood with strong identity along a main urban boulevard. The composition alternates curved glazed volumes with warm masonry frames, creating deep balconies, shaded loggias, and panoramic corner living spaces. Continuous vertical green strips climb the façades, integrating planting and improving micro-climate while visually softening the towers against the surrounding park landscape.

The podium accommodates reception, amenities, and retail units with full-height glazing to activate the street edge. Above, a regular structural grid and centralized cores allow highly flexible apartment layouts, efficient vertical circulation, and clear separation between public, semi-private, and private zones. High-performance curtain wall, external insulation, and carefully detailed terraces are designed to control solar gain, manage rainwater, and minimize thermal bridging.

Housari Corp provided full multidisciplinary support, coordinating structural engineering for the tall slender elements and linking bridges, façade and glazing systems, MEP and fire-life-safety design, and integration of green walls and rooftop landscaping. Particular focus was placed on constructability, phasing, and long-term maintenance strategies for a complex, landmark-scale residential development.
