Nafisah Mall is conceived as a compact, iconic commercial hub whose architecture functions as a powerful brand statement along the main approach road. The building is expressed as a pure prism clad entirely in gold-tinted curtain-wall, with a curved glazed volume wrapping the corner to form a luminous lantern. This rounded element houses the main vertical circulation and creates a dynamic façade that reflects light throughout the day, giving the mall a strong presence even at distance. Horizontal aluminum bands at roof and mid-level emphasize the proportions while discreetly integrating façade maintenance and drainage details.
The ground floor is organized as a transparent entrance lobby and prime retail frontage, with clear visual connectivity to the drop-off canopy on the side. Upper floors are planned as flexible open plates that can accommodate a variety of retail, showroom, or office tenants, served by central cores and optimized HVAC zoning. The structural grid is coordinated with the curtain-wall mullions to minimize visual clutter and simplify tenant fit-outs. Housari Corp provided integrated engineering, ensuring that façade performance, shading, and mechanical systems support comfortable interiors despite the high-reflectance glass envelope, while maintaining low operating and maintenance costs.
