This commercial project is a compact flagship showroom and office building designed to give the furniture brand maximum visibility with a simple, iconic form. The four-storey volume is expressed as a clean glass box framed by lightweight aluminum composite cladding, creating a contemporary façade that reads clearly from the highway and surrounding approaches. Full-height curtain-wall glazing on all sides showcases the interior displays and creates a strong visual connection between the furniture collections and the exterior public realm.
The ground floor is organized as a transparent lobby and primary display zone, with clear sightlines across the entire depth of the building. Upper levels are planned as flexible open floors that can function as additional exhibition space, design studios, or administrative offices, supported by a central circulation and service spine. The structural system is based on a regular grid, coordinated with the façade mullion rhythm to minimize visual clutter and allow easy reconfiguration over time.
Housari Corp delivered the integrated engineering package, including structural design, curtain-wall and cladding detailing, MEP systems, and lighting coordination to highlight the brand identity while ensuring energy-efficient operation and comfortable indoor conditions for staff and visitors.
