Real Stat Bank headquarters is designed as a dignified, contemporary civic façade that conveys permanence, security, and transparency. The entrance composition is organized around tall stone-clad piers that frame large decorative glazing panels, giving the building a strong vertical rhythm and a ceremonial scale along the street. Dark metal latticework with geometric motifs provides controlled privacy for interior banking halls while maintaining filtered views to the landscaped forecourt.
A central recessed doorway in natural wood marks the main public access, set within a deep reveal that emphasizes thickness and solidity of the envelope. The soffit above is finished in warm timber with integrated downlights, while wall-mounted fixtures on the piers highlight the vertical elements and ensure safe, comfortable illumination at night. Behind this façade, the structural and MEP systems are carefully coordinated to keep services hidden, preserving the purity of the architectural expression and maintaining clear security lines.
Housari Corp was responsible for translating the bank’s institutional identity into a refined architectural language, coordinating stone fixing, custom metalwork, security hardware, and lighting to achieve a robust, low-maintenance frontage suitable for intensive daily use.
