Milk Factory is a modern industrial dairy facility designed to provide large, column-free production halls with strict environmental control. The main building is a high steel structure clad with insulated sandwich panels, ensuring excellent thermal performance and easy maintenance. A continuous strip of high-level windows brings natural light into the process areas while keeping walls free for equipment layout, pipe racks, and hygiene-critical finishes on the inside.

Along the façade, dedicated HVAC air-handling units are mounted on steel platforms, supplying filtered, temperature- and humidity-controlled air to the processing and packaging zones. Service corridors and loading bays are clearly separated from production areas to support smooth logistics and to minimize contamination risks. The external hardscape is designed to accommodate tanker access, chilled trucks, and future plant expansion.

Housari Corp provided full engineering coordination for the factory shell and utilities, aligning the structural grid with process flows, and integrating HVAC, electrical power, drainage, and support steelwork for production lines. Special attention was given to hygienic detailing, condensate management, and energy efficiency to meet food-industry standards and reduce operating costs.
