Palm Village – Extension is a gated residential enclave of premium villas that complements the main resort while offering families greater privacy and long-term living comfort. The architecture adopts a refined Mediterranean–classic language: warm pink façades, cream cornices, and articulated pilasters, with carefully proportioned windows shaded by timber louvers. Pitched tiled roofs and deep eaves provide effective protection from sun and rain, while the fenced front gardens and entry porches create a welcoming, human-scale streetscape.

Each villa is organized on two floors with clear separation between reception areas on the ground level and bedrooms above. Bay windows and balconies open toward private gardens, maximizing daylight and cross-ventilation. Carports, service entries, and outdoor utility spaces are integrated discreetly behind the main façade to preserve the elegant street image. The compound infrastructure includes pedestrian-friendly internal roads, landscaped verges, and coordinated exterior lighting that ties the extension visually to the original Palm Village development.

Housari Corp provided full architectural and engineering services, optimizing structural systems, envelope detailing, and MEP networks to deliver durable, energy-efficient villas suitable for both holiday and year-round occupation.
