Palm Village Resort is a high-end residential resort composed of standalone villas set within a terraced landscape. This villa is positioned on an elevated platform, giving wide panoramic views over the surrounding gardens and internal roads. The architecture combines warm stone cladding, pitched tiled roofs, and large horizontal windows to create bright interior spaces with strong visual connection to the outdoors. The split-level arrangement allows direct access from the main living floor to generous terraces, while a lower garden level accommodates recreation or guest spaces with independent entry.
Site works are carefully modeled around the natural slope, using retaining walls, planted banks, and curved driveways to create a seamless transition between levels. A timber pergola, seating areas, and soft landscaping provide shaded outdoor living zones that extend the use of the villa beyond the interior. Building services, including HVAC and drainage, are discreetly integrated into the envelope and roof structure to maintain the clean architectural expression.
