Printing General Corporation’s central utilities plant is engineered to provide all critical services required for high-performance printing lines—steam, hot water, chilled water, compressed air, and fuel handling—through a fully integrated network. The schematic illustrates a coordinated system of boilers, fuel tanks, circulation pumps, expansion vessels, chillers, air compressors, and distribution manifolds, each equipped with isolation, control, and safety valves. Separate loops are dedicated to printing machines, HVAC air-handling units, and building services, allowing precise temperature and humidity control essential for paper stability, ink curing, and equipment reliability.

The design adopts redundancy at key points—pumps in duty/standby, multiple boilers and chillers, and parallel compressed-air lines—to secure continuous operation during maintenance or partial failures. Instrumentation points and control valves are positioned for efficient monitoring, balancing, and energy optimization from the central control panel. Piping routes and support details are planned to simplify installation and future expansion, while maintaining clear access for operation and inspection.

Housari Corp developed this utilities concept and detailed engineering to ensure robust performance, high safety standards, and long-term efficiency for the Printing General Corporation’s industrial production campus.
