Salah Habib Villa is a contemporary private residence centered around an elevated infinity pool that visually extends into the surrounding garden. The villa is composed of crisp, interlocking volumes, with a strong white frame wrapping the main façade and emphasizing the double-height living area. Vertical fins and large glazed openings create a refined rhythm, offering expansive views to the landscape while providing shading and privacy. The L-shaped plan allows all major spaces to open directly onto the pool terrace, blurring the boundary between indoor living, outdoor lounges, and the water edge.
The landscape is organized as a series of soft, flowing lines—curved walkways, sculpted lawns, and low hedges—that contrast with the villa’s sharp geometry and lead residents toward key outdoor nodes. The structural system is coordinated to support long cantilevers and large openings without visible beams, while the building envelope uses high-performance glazing, insulated walls, and carefully detailed junctions to enhance thermal comfort.
