Town Center Expanding is a major enlargement of an existing retail complex, transforming it into a regional shopping destination with a stronger urban presence. The new volumes wrap around the original building in a U-shaped configuration, creating a generous forecourt for drop-off, outdoor events, and café terraces. The façades combine light stone cladding with darker framing elements and large advertising panels, giving tenants high-impact visibility while maintaining a cohesive architectural language.

A glazed entrance spine links the primary anchors, providing clear wayfinding and natural daylight deep into the mall. Service corridors, vertical circulation, and loading docks are reorganized to separate back-of-house operations from customer flows, improving safety and logistics. Roof areas house new mechanical equipment, carefully screened from view and coordinated with existing structures. Parking and traffic loops are upgraded to handle higher visitor numbers without congestion, while landscaping with palm trees and trimmed hedges reinforces the boulevard character.

Housari Corp led the engineering integration between old and new structures, ensuring continuity of fire and life-safety systems, MEP networks, and expansion joints, while keeping the center operational throughout construction.
