The Training Center is a mid-scale institutional building designed to provide flexible classrooms, labs, and administrative offices within a clear, robust architectural envelope. The three-storey volume is clad in light stone, giving the facility a durable, low-maintenance skin suited to intensive daily use. Blue ceramic-clad projections articulate the main façade, framing the entrance and creating shaded recesses that reduce solar gain while giving the building a recognizable identity. Horizontal bands and striped corner details emphasize the building’s linear proportions and assist in wayfinding across the campus.
A forecourt with a central fountain and patterned paving establishes a welcoming arrival space and buffers the teaching areas from the street. Regularly spaced windows provide balanced daylight to training rooms while preserving generous wall area for furniture, equipment, and acoustic treatment. Service and escape routes are arranged along the rear and sides of the building, separating them from the main pedestrian flows. Structural spans and floor heights are coordinated to allow reconfiguration of internal partitions as training needs evolve.
Housari Corp handled the full architectural and engineering coordination, including envelope detailing, MEP systems, and external works, to deliver a comfortable, efficient environment for education and professional development.
