Fire Fighting

Services

We provide end-to-end fire fighting systems designed and installed in accordance with NFPA and local civil defense requirements.
Our capabilities include wet and dry sprinkler systems, standpipes, hose cabinets, hydrant networks, fire pumps and jockey pumps, storage tanks, and special suppression systems such as foam, gas, or water mist where the risk profile demands it.
We perform hydraulic calculations to verify pipe sizing, coverage, and available pressures, and prepare coordinated shop drawings that align with architectural layouts and other MEP services.
During installation, we supervise proper routing, support systems, valve placement, and signage to ensure clear operation and maintenance access.
Comprehensive testing and commissioning include hydrostatic tests, flow and pressure tests, alarm and signal verification, and full integration with fire alarm and BMS where applicable.
We support the certification process with authorities, preparing documentation, method statements, as-built drawings, and operation manuals.
Beyond initial handover, we can provide periodic inspection, testing, and maintenance services to keep the systems in a ready and reliable condition throughout the life of the building.

Our Working Process

We capture objectives, constraints, and codes; audit drawings and site, calculate loads, outline systems, risks, KPIs, and schedule; align stakeholders and finalize deliverables for a clear, measurable project baseline.

We produce calculations, select equipment, create coordinated shop drawings, routing, and BOQs; integrate controls and energy strategy, review with consultants, and lock submittals to enable accurate procurement and fabrication.

We install to standards; perform QA/QC, flushing, pressure tests, and pre-commissioning; then testing, balancing, commissioning, and BMS integration; train operators and hand over as-built, O&M, and warranties.
