This high-rise residential tower is designed as a contemporary landmark combining warm stone cladding with expansive glazed corners and curved balcony lines. The plan alternates rounded and faceted façades, creating generous terraces and panoramic living spaces while giving each elevation a distinct identity. Vertical blades in natural stone frame stacked balconies and integrate continuous planters, bringing greenery up the height of the building and improving shading and privacy for residents.

At street level, a recessed entrance with a curved canopy and double-height glazing forms a clear focal point along the boulevard and provides a bright, welcoming lobby. The structural system is organized around robust cores and perimeter columns, enabling wide window openings, flexible apartment layouts, and efficient vertical circulation. High-performance glazing, external insulation, and carefully detailed balcony slabs are used to control thermal bridging, reduce solar gain, and enhance acoustic comfort in a dense urban context.

Housari Corp provided integrated engineering services, aligning structural design, façade systems, MEP networks, and fire and life-safety requirements with the architectural concept. Emphasis was placed on constructability, waterproofing, drainage of planted balconies, and long-term maintenance to ensure durable performance and consistent building quality.
